TakeTwo Travel Solutions has joined London-based TMC network GlobalStar, with CEO Chris Thelen set to take a seat on the board.
This move comes as TakeTwo, the ONLY independent, global, boutique TMC in the market, looks to expand its global presence further.
According to Thelen, the GlobalStar partnership will “add another $12 billion to our global leverage”.
“Our focus is on organic growth through customer acquisition, not serial M&As, listings or building share of wallet solutions, like many of the global mega agencies,” he said.
GlobalStar CEO James Stevenson welcomed the TMC to the network, which was ranked as the fourth largest TMC network in Europe in BTN Europe’s list of the region’s Leading TMCs 2022.
“[TakeTwo’s] passion for personalised travel, outstanding service and knowledge, together with their unswerving commitment to redefining travel technology and its application resonates with us,” Stevenson said. “They add both strength and depth to our geographical footprint both sides of the Atlantic that will only enhance every GlobalStar travel programme.”
